DRUMADNESS is the Fusion of Management and Music - a joint venture between Julia Drum, and Woody (drummer in the band, Madness).

Applying management principles to a creative musical setting, DRUMADNESS has developed a unique TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOP for people working in or managing teams.

The aim of the DRUMADNESS WORKSHOP is to build a piece of improvised percussion music and to relate the experience to building an effective and high performance team.
